Deathrite – Nightmares Reign Posted on December 18, 2018 by Chris Tippell By now a stalwart of the German Death Metal scene, Deathrite have, on the outside at least, been quietly plugging away under the radar, building a solid back catalogue and a strong reputation. Nightmares Reign isn’t a paradigm shift, insofar as Deathrite are doing completely new things with the genre. Rather, they’re interpreting it through their lens, which includes Dresden, the city they come from, and its impact on their outlook.
