This is a legitimate glitch, cheat, hack that has yet to be addressed. In several PS3 games in 'Rust' & Favela' and others (3rd person cage match) using perks cold-blooded pro, ninja pro, silenced weapon. According to the gameplay I should be truly stealth.
But, the opponent would come staight to me, wherever I spawned on the map. It became clear to me as what I saw happening so I then hid in obscure spots without firing (often without even moving) to verify my suspicions and again they would come straight to me. I did piss them off with a few well placed claymores, but the fact remains that they were without a doubt cheating. This 'UAV glitch' or 'UAV cheat' or 'UAV hack' really needs fixed to preserve the game play of MW2. Anybody else??? GingerDeadMan = RE: 'How exactly was he cheating?' Modern Warfare 2 Rust Glitch
After the 9th straight run down to me I ruled out chance. It was just plain cheating. No sidetracks, no go arounds, straight to the my spot within seconds. I did confuse him with the center tower in 'Rust' because the cheat gave him no elevation clues. The same run-down in the submarine base also and you know how tough that would be! The same run-down in the submarine base also and you know how tough that would be! If they weren't using HBS, you may have been put into a private match via a glitch that seems to be a random event. I've read where people will get put into a 17 person FFA when joining a domination game.
