No window policy meaning in urdu
  1. No Window Hours Policy Meaning

I have a clean install of Server 2008 Standard set up as a domain controller. I am new to 2008 hence this very fundemental question.I have not added any Policy objects, there is only the default domain policy present. If I uncheck 'Link Enabled' on Default Dmain Policy what should I expect with reagrd to policies applied to clients. For example; the Default Domain Policy enforces several Password settings. If Link Enabled is unchecked will these settings bechanged to 'not defined'. I have tried this and done a gpupdate /force but the password restrictions remain. This is not necessarily the way I want to operate it is just trying to better understand the workings of the Default Domain Policy. The Boffin.

Mar 22, 2011  Let me try it this way: There is only one GPO the 'Default Domain Policy' and what I wanted to know is If I 'unlink' the Default Domain Policy (meaning there are no Linked Policies) what policies are adopted by a Client XP Computer when it Starts up and any users when they Logon. Still others will provide a store credit rather than a cash refund when no receipt is forthcoming. Some retailers have even tighter return policies and prohibit returns on sale merchandise or on certain types of items, like bathing suits, or impose a limited window of time when returns are accepted. RADIUS server and RADIUS proxy configuration examples. The default connection request policy is deleted, and two new connection request policies are created to forward requests to each of the two untrusted domains. In this example, NPS does not process any connection requests on the local server.

You said that your default domain group policy is the only one group policy you have. Thanks for the replies, much appreciated.Perhaps its the way I worded the question but Unfortunately neither reply actually gives me the answer I want.Let me try it this way: There is only one GPO the 'Default Domain Policy' and what I wanted to know is If I 'unlink' the Default Domain Policy (meaning there are no Linked Policies) what policies are adopted by a Client XP Computer when it Starts up andany users when they Logon. Is it that becasue there are no policies in force from the Server the Computer uses what ever policies were last adopted from the Server? The Boffin.
